Most people are deficient in magnesium, so the body’s need for this essential mineral increases during pregnancy. Magnesium has been shown to help with sleep, leg cramps, morning sickness, muscle tension, and restless legs syndrome.
If you feel a tingling sensation after spraying, this often indicates that your body is low in magnesium. This tingling or itching usually decreases with continued use of magnesium oil. To reduce this sensation, you can apply any of our moisturizers after spraying. You can also wash the magnesium off after rubbing it in.
Note: For external use only. Avoid applying to broken or freshly shaved skin.
DirectionsStart by spraying 4–5 times onto your torso, legs, or the soles of your feet. Gently massage into the skin.
