Carees Sauvages artisanal French chocolate bar, created together with Mathilde Favier. It combines crunchy pistachios and Guérande fleur de sel salt, which complement the cocoa flavor, creating a subtle sour and sweet combination. Cocoa content – at least 55%. Suitable for vegans and those intolerant to gluten.
Usage Break the bar into pieces and enjoy at room temperature – this is when the flavor of the pistachios and salt is best revealed. Perfect as a treat with coffee or tea, as well as placed in pieces on desserts. Keep in a dry, cool, light-protected place, ideally at a temperature of about 17 °C. If you do not have such conditions, it is best to consume the bar within 15 days of receipt.
