This pink balsamic vinegar dressing is unique – it is a blend of white balsamic vinegar and grape must, used to make traditional balsamic vinegar. Sweet and fruity notes of peach and apple will delight you in the recycled vinaigrette (vinaigrette) version or in an Australian salad.
