A French handmade confectionery set, crafted from the finest Grand Cru dark chocolate (75%) with a generous, creamy centre – up to 65% of which consists of nuts and seeds, so that each sweet is a rich, full-flavoured and textured delight, rather than an empty sweetness. The box contains three different varieties, each revealing a unique aspect of Carrés Sauvages' craftsmanship.
The first – with roasted almonds coated in melted dark chocolate; its flavour is mild and nutty, with no additional seasonings, allowing the richness of the cocoa itself to shine through. The second – with Piedmont hazelnuts and Guérande sea salt: a combination of salt and bitter chocolate that creates a deeper, more complex flavour profile and is one of the set's most distinctive highlights. The third – the brand's signature "Pécan Tonka" combination with pecans, cashews and tonka bean, which adds a subtle vanilla and slightly spiced note that stands out from conventional chocolate flavours.
All ingredients are carefully selected: organic Kamili cocoa beans from Morocco, Tanzanian Piedmont hazelnuts, pecans, cashews, almonds, organic coconut sugar, cocoa butter, Guérande sea salt and tonka bean – with no refined sugar or artificial additives. UsageStore the sweets in the refrigerator at a temperature below 15 °C, in a tightly sealed box.
