Ayurvedic tongue scraper made from thick, pure copper, with elegant shell-shaped handles. Includes a cotton pouch and a box.
This is the same scraper that Vanity Fair named the cult beauty product of the year. A small tool that transforms how you feel in the morning in just 20 seconds.
Why scrape your tongue
- Fresher breath and better oral hygiene — scrapes away the bacteria that build up overnight and cause “morning breath” and a coated feeling on the tongue.
- Enhanced sense of taste — once the coating is removed from your taste buds, food tastes different.
- A balanced oral microbiome — balance matters not just for your mouth, but for your overall well-being.
- A perfect gift — for that friend who already has everything. Except this.
Why copper
Copper has natural antimicrobial properties — bacteria do not survive on its surface. That is why traditional Ayurvedic tongue scrapers have always been made of copper.
Made to last a lifetime
This scraper is thicker and sturdier than standard models. High-quality copper allows for smooth, rounded edges — no thin construction that deforms easily.
Care
Copper naturally oxidizes over time — this is what gives it a beautiful, unique patina. Simply rinse with water after each use. To maintain its shine, rub it with a cloth and a mixture of white vinegar and fine salt, then rinse.
During pregnancy: yes, it is safe to use. Caring for your oral microbiome is part of a healthy routine.
How to use
- Hold both ends in your hands and place the rounded part on the tip of your tongue (as far back as is comfortable).
- Apply gentle pressure and scrape from the back toward the tip — down the middle, then a few times on each side.
- Rinse the scraper under running water after each stroke.
- Repeat each morning as soon as you wake up, before eating or drinking.
If you also use mouthwash, scrape your tongue first thing after waking, then rinse after breakfast or in the evening.
Ingredientspure copper. Plastic-free.
